Greentech Apps Foundation (gtaf.org) is a UK-registered Edutech nonprofit organization that has been developing apps since 2015. With over 10 apps, they have reached more than 7 million users worldwide.
Objective
The company wanted to reach more people with its flagship app. I was assigned to increase app installs through the Google Ads CPC campaign.
Challenges Turned Into Successes
1. First Experience: This was my first time working with Google Ads, and the biggest challenge was understanding which keywords and creatives would perform best. I not only achieved the campaign's target but exceeded expectations.
2. Bidding Strategy: Outperforming competitors across different locations was tough. To address this, I had to adjust the bidding strategy and daily budget multiple times.
3. Optimization: I consistently optimized the campaigns to ensure the best possible results, which led to a significant increase in app installs.
Results
Through this campaign, I successfully achieved 78.3K app installs with a budget of less than $2,000. As a first-timer, this accomplishment feels truly incredible to me.
